Terms of Use & License
Last updated: June 2026
This is a readable summary of the terms. The full contractual document is the End User License Agreement (EULA) shipped with the product, available in PDF: EULA (EN) · EULA (ES).
1. License
Rarexa grants an annual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Oracle Health Dashboard. The license is tied to one machine (the one running the dashboard) and the contracted edition determines the maximum number of databases that may be monitored.
2. Free trial
The product includes a 15-day trial period with all features, no credit card required. When it ends, a valid license key is required to keep using it.
3. Renewal
The license renews annually. There is a 14-day grace period to renew without service interruption. Your configuration and history are preserved on renewal.
4. Permitted use
- Install and run the product on your own infrastructure.
- Monitor up to the number of databases your edition allows.
- Make backups of your installation and configuration.
5. Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense the product without written authorization.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code. The product ships as a compiled binary.
- Do not bypass or tamper with the licensing mechanism.
6. Intellectual property
The product, its code and its documentation are owned by Rarexa. The license does not transfer ownership, only the right of use described here.
7. Warranty & liability
The product is provided "as is". OHD is a read-only monitoring tool and does not modify your databases. Rarexa is not liable for indirect damages arising from use. See the EULA for the full terms.
8. Trademarks
Oracle and Oracle Database are registered trademarks of Oracle Corporation. Rarexa is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Oracle Corporation.
