At Rarexa we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we process through this website and how the Oracle Health Dashboard (OHD) product handles data.

1. The product is on-premise

OHD is installed and runs inside your own infrastructure. It connects directly to your Oracle databases to display health metrics. Your database data is never transmitted to Rarexa or to third parties. There is no cloud component, no telemetry, and no external metric reporting.

2. Information we process on this site

• Contact details you send us (name, email, message) when you use the contact form or write to us. We use them only to reply and handle your request.
• Machine ID you share to issue a license. It is a technical identifier of the machine running the dashboard; it contains no personal data and no database data.

This site's contact form does not send data to a server: it opens your own email client with the message prepared. Any further processing happens over email.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will be aggregated and anonymous, and we will reflect it in this policy.

4. Retention

We keep correspondence and license data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion once there is no longer a contractual relationship.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of the personal data you have provided by writing to info@rarexa.com.

6. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you entrust to us. Within the product, connection credentials and alert secrets are stored encrypted at rest.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
